Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be directly responsible for the growth of the company, you will be expected to develop new campaigns to increase our customer base while retaining and growing our existing customers. as the lead for business development, you will interact with almost all internal functions and with customers  with

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans.

  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Increasing client base.

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.

  • Writing business proposals.

  • Negotiating with stakeholders.

  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

MN Required Technical and Professional Expertise

​

  • 4+ years of performance-driven, direct response marketing experience, including hands-on experience driving growth via affiliate marketing

  • Experience developing and executing paid affiliate marketing campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools.

  • High-level communication skills

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to negotiate

  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

  • Conflict resolution

  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
